Karen Rogge is Corporate Board Director and former Chief Financial Officer with executive operations management experience. Currently, she serves on the corporate board of directors at Onto Innovation, and previously on the public company boards of GigCapital5, Rambus Inc., Kemet Corporation, AeroCentury, and private companies. As a corporate board director, Karen is a qualified financial expert, and brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational experience, and multi-billion-dollar mergers & acquisitions background to the boardroom. 

She has collaborated with innovative companies to navigate pivotal transitions and create value for investors, in both high-growth and turnaround environments. Karen has diverse industry experience across the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services sectors.

Karen is the Founder and President of the RYN Group LLC, a management consulting business, providing advisory services for public and private companies. Utilizing her track record as a transformational leader, she works closely with CEOs and Boards to focus the company strategy for growth and improve financial and operational performance.

She is an accomplished C-level executive with experience in industry-leading technology companies. Karen has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Extreme Networks, a leader in the network equipment market. In addition, she has held executive management positions in finance, information technology, and general management at Hewlett Packard, Seagate Technology, and emerging companies.

She holds an M.B.A degree from Santa Clara University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
